Theres one in Cairns. $65 a haircut. You can also have a beer.
Was one similar in Darwin years ago but they wore lingerie, it went out of business and went back to normal.

I prefer barbers because they have everything they need for my hair at the ready. Last week he used at least 4 sets of clippers, a razor, he did the edges of my beard around my cheeks and down my neck, I got talcum powder on my neck, pamade in my hair.

He also knew exactly what I wanted from one phrase.

Him - "How do you want it?"
Me - "Short back and sides. Messy on top pushed to the side"

From that he did some hair magic where its longer on one side, manicured on the other so when I style it how I want it, it's perfect every time in less than 30 seconds of f**king around with it.

All for $28. Can't beat it.

Like HH3 I find the Salon type geared towards females do an ordinary job. Blokes with skills in styling men's hair in my experience appear to do a better job. Never come across a female with the skill set though.

Mrs Claret cuts mine, No3 all over, trim the sides, shape the back.

Her: Yes

From that she did some hair magic where it’s the same length all over, manicured (is that the right word) round the back and over the ears so when I brush it with my hand it’s perfect every time in less than 3 seconds.

She lost my business after that.

I used to go to Joey at the barbershop in Gawler in my single days.
