Agreed. They were very impressive today. Not sure who TTG had out (I heard broadview have another 4-5 to come back in also), but Broadview were all over them from what I saw.Jimmy_041 wrote:I watched Broadview v TTG today

Umm, so did i - saw TTG both last week and this week - about half a doz to come inJimmy_041 wrote:I watched Broadview v TTG today

also a big gap between the skill level i saw last week and this week too..
It's going to be fair to say that there will barely be a week this season that any A grade in any grade will play with a full side.
It'll be the new norm

Good hit for all 3 Men's teams against TTG.
Big improvement shown by our Lads so far this season.
Looking forward to the big clash against SHOC next week.
Well done to the Gullies Boys & Girls came in for a drink after their games and hung around for a while.

Get the feeling that across the grades there's going to be some unlucky clubs that get relegated/just miss out on finals arising from having a bad outbreak at just the wrong time.Footy Chick wrote:

I’ve seen them close up and personal, they are going to be very hard to beat. Well structured, well skilled, get the game plan and have good quality players running their set ups. Something would have to go horribly wrong for them to not be right there at finals time.

didnt say anything about that, all i mentioned was i personally pay very little attention to trial form particularly these days with COVID issues etc, i'm fairly confident we will be in the 5 come finals timesLightning McQueen wrote:I wasn’t being a smartarse, I genuinely think that Broadies will be there at the pointy end.locky801 wrote:Never really paid much attention to trial formLightning McQueen wrote:

Re: 2022 Adelaide Footy League - Division 2
Yes another good start with another round 1 win for the A grade which has become a habit. I was thinking about the round 1 winning streak the A grade has had yesterday and just looked it up to confirm it. Yesterday was the 9th round 1 win in a row for the A grade, the 7th in a row at home.Vamos wrote:Good start to Div 2 Havens, go get em boys!

Re: 2022 Adelaide Footy League - Division 2
Look forward to catching up in Round 9.
Our clubs have never met at A & B Grade level only at C, D U18 & Women's
Bit of a history making day.
First time we ever played Golden Grove in D2 it was one of the best games I had ever seen at Local level and I've seen a lot of A1 / D1 & A2 / D2 footy over the years.
Hopefully our first meeting is a cracking game as well
Black & Yellow vs Black & White. No matter what comp clubs with those colors always have cracking games!!!!
