All Port supporters are fat illiterate Nazi indigenous haters and Port should be removed from the comp immediately, a disgrace!

Does Eddy come back into consideration for a return?
I'd like to think we will recall Eddy along with Ryder from a structural point of view.
As Boon said, the only change I see happening is Ryder for White.

Re: Port Adelaide 2017
Ken has confirmed Ryder in for White.
Kruezer out is a big loss for the Blues. We should get first look in the guts. Hopefully our forwards can keep it in there to give our defenders some reprieve.
Need a big game from Young, Amon and Impey this week.

Kreuzer and Thomas out with "soreness". Bolton cited two 6 day breaks as the issue and neither will play any footy this weekend.
Soreness, after round 4?

Last weeks game vs Essendon would've been a fair drain in those conditions - guess that's what happens when you're privileged to play on superb surfaces rarely impacted by the elements every week

We need to rest Kruezer as it's been a while since he played 4 games in a row(if ever).
And Thomas should have been shown the door when Mick was.......
Port wouldn't want too drop this one at home to Carlton.......
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

It's important to rest key players for what lies ahead later in the season.
Carlton need to maintain touch with the likes of Hawthorn, Sydney and North Melbourne

2 or 3 votes to Wines? I'd go with;
3. R.Gray
2. O. Wines
1. P. Cripps
I have Ollie on 9 brownlow votes right now.

I reckon you have got it right. Gray will probably get the 3 vote due to his scoring involvements.
Personally, I think Wines was the better player doing the hard work around the packs and delivering it forward.
Silly part is that one of them will get as many votes as the so-called key forward (Dixon) got kicks against a very poor side.

Sam Rowe was brilliant against him. Although Dixon wasnt great, dont take that away from Rowe, he played a really good game considering the no of inside 50's Port had.

Re: Port Adelaide 2017
I think you are giving Rowe too much credit, Stan.
It is a defenders dream when the ball is continually popped up on your opponents head all night.
Dixon's work rate has gone up a notch this year.
2-3 is about what I expected from him, and expected Gray, Wingard and Young to combine for 10. The latter could have been worse for Carlton had they kicked straight (Rob 5.4, Chad 1.4).
Port still haven't moved far from 2015-16. When sides pressure us and work back in numbers, we are still really predictable with ball in hand.
Our movement improved when Trengove went deep forward in the 2nd half. We really need Hombsch back in the side for WCE in R7 to allow this structure, especially given Eddy seems out of favour.
Boak out with a hamstring. Watch Joe Atley's game with interest today. Gets 15-20 and I reckon he will debut.
