They rushed him back, and now he's done. I don't see what was accomplished by not letting him ease himself back into it. Our pass rush is still in the top half of the league without him. We have Clowney, Mercilus and McKinney that blow up the quarterback consistantly. The gamble didnt pay off and now he might never be the same again.
The only silver lining is we got "The Ninja Assasin" Antonio Smith back on the roster.
Can't afford to get my hopes up, but my Falcons have been very impressive offensively to start the season.
For all the criticism he has copped, Shanahan has Matt Ryan and the offensive team working really well together. We are no longer reliant on just Julio Jones for receivers, and Freeman and Coleman have brought back our rushing game that has been missing since Michael Turner finished up with us.
Crucial to Ryan's form is Alex Mack I feel. Ryan has so much time to throw the ball, Mack orchestrating that offensive line. 500 yards and 4 TD's today, unreal. Julio after a quiet season thus far put up a franchise record 300+ receiving yards today, too.
Massive test against Denver in week 5. Still not sure how we are getting by with little or no pass rush, but our offense is putting up big numbers, it's hiding the big flaw in our game. Shut down Ryan and co. Atlanta is done.
3-1, didn't think I'd be saying that at the start of the season. Win that and we start to look like a team capable of making the playoffs.

Ruined a good arvo, settled in for what i thought was going to be a cracker of a game.
Not at all confident about the vikings tomorrow, but to go 4-0 would be huge when arizona and carolina are 1-3 as still think gb will win nfc north and we'll be wildcard.
Does anyone think the Browns will win a game this year?

Also, Atlantas defense is one of the worst in the league. In 4 weeks, no opponent has scored less than 28 (31,28,32,33) points against them. Every game is a shootout and its only a matter of time before the offense can't put up 40 points for the win.

I need Diggs and Rudolph to have huge games to get me the win in Fantasy. I need 30 points combined. Hopefully Diggs can put up another 24, like in week 2.

Dallas have been a big surprise, looked really good in the first half this morning, and Atlanta have some credibility after the last couple weeks, but not convinced about Oakland, they were on the way up last year and so far they've just been scraping through against average opponents. Vikings are definitely a Playoff team, but not convinced we are at the real pointy end yet. Still think the three best sides are all AFC, Pats, Broncos, Steelers, and that Arizona and Green Bay will improve as the season goes on.
