Must feel great to now live in the police state of Victoria.
Shame the same numbers of the constabulary wont come out when real crimes are committed.

Nah mate the only party i am in and a paid up member is the CDFC.
After many years on this planet i have come to the conclusion that most of these so called politicians should be hanging from a gum tree bough with a nice tight noose around their necks swaying in the breeze maybe then we might have some accountability.

Im not LOOKing forward to the opening up the borders
Thanks to Marshall Law we are living in extremely safe confines , a lifestyle envied around the world
But its inevitable that :
The borders will open
The incidence of Covid will rear its ugly nature in South Australia
Almost realistically , I should prepare my placard , and do at least a one man demonstration
"" Dont open the borders YET""

Re: Coronavirus (Covid19)
New mandatory vaccinations for thousands of Victorians
Premier Daniel Andrews has announced “hundreds of thousands” of authorised Victorian workers will soon be required to be vaccinated in order to keep working.
From October 15, all workers on the Authorised Worker list will be required to have their first dose of a Covid vaccine in order to continue working on site. They will need to be fully vaccinated by November 26.
This rule applies to both Melbourne and regional Victorians.
“We want to take you through some important decisions that have been made this morning and they will relate to literally hundreds of thousands of Victorians,” Mr Andrews said when making the announcement on Friday.
“They are not about stopping people going to work. They are about making sure we can open up. They are about making sure people can go to work, that they can be safe, and that we can defend and deliver our roadmap for opening. That is what the national plan is all about.”
The current Authorised Worker list covers dozens of different professions, such as firefighters, marriage celebrants, personal trainers, interpreters, some retail workers, and road side assistance workers.

I'm a big supporter of restrictions being eased.stan wrote:7 day home quarantine required.Jim05 wrote:International travel ban ending in November, woohoo!
It's a good sign that we are opening back up to the world. Well NSW and Victoria are at least.
People who need to get vaccinated have had time to protect themselves.
It's time we let the virus in.
However, I can't understand the logic behind this new policy.
What is the point of 7 days home quarantine?
We have seen countless cases of people testing positive on days 8-14, some even later at 16 and 18.
Either we want them to quarantine, in which case they should do the full 14, or we don't, in which case it should be none.

Re: Coronavirus (Covid19)
Surely this is the final straw, massive protests to come which is what Dan wants. He and Victoria police wants protests, they want to inject their agitators and actors in amongst them like he did last week.Jim05 wrote:Dan just went bang!

My prediction is one of the placed stooges will shoot at Victoria police, might even "kill" a police officer, what better way to get the police back in the good books with the bleeding hearts that have started to question their stand by Dan ethos. This will be just the invite they need to shoot innocent protesters. Lets see what happens.
Does anyone know what religion you need to be part of to claim that you cant have vaccines?
Or can you start your own religion relatively easily? I remember years ago some guy starting one where you had to wear a colander on your head, memory escapes me what that was about.
