I'm sorry but that is quite simply too much IMO. I actually don't have a problem with the league I know how hard it is to run and I actually think they do a good job but I reckon they have this one wrong. For the average Joe to take his wife and kids to an Amateur League GF I think that's too rich.

Please tell me that it is not $15 for a 13 year old kid to go to the Div 1/2 GF.

Not trying to start a whole thing here but I don't think I'm alone on this one. I have probably just cost myself my name on the gate for this post :oops:

I only asked about the concession prices because under 12 was listed. This and the fact I dare to dream of needing to buy a ticket for a Div 1 GF. I actually can't recall ever paying $15 to get into a game of footy other than AFL.

There is probably a reason why the argument occurs every year if it does. Just saying I think it should be $10 but I also think another league should be $10 every week. Just my opinion as an anonymous poster.

If you want to get bored by a repetitive discussion, did you hear the one about the two teams that put reserves teams in another league :roll:

In previous years you've been able to ask for a pass out that works at all venues for the day

The A's have about 3-4 non Old Scholars - only Hughes is a "recruit" the others are mates or family of old scholars.
B's about the same - Riverland lads that joined the club about 4-5 years ago.
the rest of the club would be 95% or more Old scholars.

The Committee has done a massive amount of work over the past 5 years getting kids from the school straight to the club, if they are not of SANFL standard.

Pretty good work to retain these guys - wasn't actually questioning the guys are old scholars was interested to know.
