NFL players don't really act that way do they?
This is a watered down version of reality I think.

Indeed. Reckon Janet King is quality TV, it shows we have the resources and talent in Australia to make top-shelf drama.
Looking forward to the next season of Rake starting in its place in about a week too.

Have been watching a new series on Fox - Hap & Leonard. Pretty decent start. Stars James Purefoy (Mark Antony in Rome), Michael Kenneth Williams (Omar in the Wire, Chalky in Boardwalk) and Kristina Kendricks. Worth a look

Two best mates basically living off coupons - one of their exes who he has a weak spot for, rolls into town and talks them into trying to recover stolen money from a bank job in some River they can't find.

Whoops, sorry haha.
The premise is awesome. And I find the chick very hot. But the writing is a bit meh sometimes.

Yeah agree the chick is hot and she does a brilliant job to make each character feel like it's own personality rather than her just playing different characters which it is

Bloodline on Netflix is worthy of a look if you've run out of regulars, some quality actors in the show e.g Coach Taylor (Friday Night Lights)
