People are complaining?
check the fox footy facebook page about it, people going off saying its wrong, its an insult to the sick and elderly, reckon if people stuck in a nursing home saw it they would love it
Unfortunately society is like that now, got nothing better to do with their lives but whinge.
I loved it and Geelong generally do mad Monday bloody well

They want everything for nothing.
Got one group who want to become club members because they think they can hire the ground for free
Another group have begged for free use of the grounds/nets because they're just friends who want to play.
Today got an email from a group who hires our nets asking if they can pay per net instead of the $5 p/h booking fee.. yup asking to pay $1.75 per hour.
Probably the same pricks that think it's ok to remove the matting off the centre wicket during winter so they can have a game whenever they feel like it

This a million times over. it was bloody hilarious!
My new Mantra - I am no longer available to things and people that make me feel like shit

Correct also.. I've had a crack multiple times about this - and they just dismiss it as "it's ok we can put it back after".

It's gotten worse, there was an interview on 5AA today, I haven't heard it, think I'd turn it off after 10 seconds anyway.
The world is going mad if thats the worst thing we have to complain about after the last 2 1/2 years.

It's not a high % - not worth being concerned about

The majority outraged at what the minority is outraged by. Hello 2022.

It is far worse when old people dress up as young people.
I wear my guernsey to the football and I'm over 45, how dare you age me! This is ageism!
Sure is.
Full marks for correctly identifying it as a guernsey and not a jumper.
However, Guernseys should only be worn whilst playing or training. Correct attire for Adelaide Oval aka Town is a nice pair of trousers (Farrah or similar), shirt (not body type but a Pelaco or other such brand from Harris Scarfe), a jumper if it's cold (home knit from the bride) and some sensible shoes (Clarkes perhaps). In this modern age hats are optional.

Bugger. I'm out, I wear Julius Marlow's (which I always have to say in Tony Greig's voice).

Julius Marlow's! You Sturt blokes were always snappy dressers. You could buy them to get married in and so long as you gave them a decent polish they last a lifetime. Same for the velour suit. The good thing about shoes is they always fit, unlike clothes which tend to get a bit to tight as age advances.
