Old man has gone to PHOS as an assistant also. Sounds like he got the flick from Marion rather than finished up. Must be a shit bloke, prelim, GF, prelim - sack.Bluedemon wrote:with his dad no longer coaching at Marion, good time to give it a go at a higher levelAdelaideSaint73 wrote:Also heard O'Dea from Marion has gone to PHOS

And agree, will be interesting to see how he goes up a couple of Divs. About 4 goals a game last couple of seasons. PHOS could use that as they don't score a lot. Talented.Bluedemon wrote:with his dad no longer coaching at Marion, good time to give it a go at a higher levelAdelaideSaint73 wrote:Also heard O'Dea from Marion has gone to PHOS

PHOS have done really well to pick up a couple of long-time servants at Marion. Significant part of the growth in that club in recent years since joining AdFL. Went from easy beats in SFL to one bad qtr of footy in a prelim away from D4; how quickly some clubs forget about loyal servants... Pat is a great pickup playing-wise and Michael is an excellent footy brain joining the coaching ranks.

Have you had a conversation with Michael ever?scottroo wrote:Thanks Michael
If you had I'd have thought you'd know he wouldn't write that stuff about himself. And I suspect he would find you thinking he would to be pretty disrespectful.

They will also be required to post their runs if they miss a session. During the season it was 5km runs if you missed. I believe it is 8km runs during preseason but I could be wrongwenchbarwer wrote:Who is the coach?Half Back Flanker wrote:Seaton taking things pretty seriously for this time of year. 2 x Nights during the week and Saturday sessions at the coaches home gym that are compulsory I'm hearing.......

Quite possibly the most on-brand post I've seen in my time on this site.
