I'm thinking of starting a political party. The Informal Party. "Vote Informal! And your vote won't count, but does, well sorta".

I think it's the only way for the big parties to realise that they're both sh1t. They've got no idea what it's like to live in the real world and their policies are only to attract votes at voting time and hardly ever get implemented.
Unfortunately I wont be standing for election for your new in- for-MAL party
But agree with your post

Ive voted today

It really is a baffle to me
For weeks the major parties verbal warrior each other with insults , slander, criticism and more
The verbal warriors don't impress upon me one iota

I voted
The parties representatives were there handing out their parties pamphlets
I took the time to read the policies ,as I invariably do, and returned to ask the representatives a few questions
Guess what ?
Each promoted their policies and party very very well
The best part was there was NO verbal warrior talk about opposition parties
In fact in all the voting I've done, I've never ever heard a hint of verbal warrior lip at the booths

I have done the HTV cards on many occasions
I have never seen an altercation between the participants.
Everyone just does their job and usually politics is not talked about
Many are nursing hangovers anyway
But you will always get the tosser voters that like to mouth off

Interesting thing is most of the HTV people stick together & collectively tell them to eff off because it could happen to all of us
Noted they always do it to the older, smaller or female people so natural bully boys. They dont like it when 3-4 other people, from all parties, collectively tell them to pi$$ off

I always go by the line "Mate - Nobody gives a stuff what you think or who you vote for"

Little, nor not so little sh1ts who have broken into the girls gymnastics club yesterday and vandalised the gym. Unsure of how much damage has been done, but enough to cancel all trainings until gym is able to be made "safe". So significant damage.

This is the week before State Championships for both of the girls, so not ideal.

I just don't get the thrill of destroying something in that way. Wankers

Though something I do rate, is one of the other gyms in the localish area is opening it's doors so the Tea Tree Gully girls can train tonight. Legends

Russell Hobbs blender - a small plastic lid within the main lid (almost a small cup- say medicine cup size) just sits in the main lid. It must have been upside down and fell in as I was blending my frozen fruit smoothie. Not beknown to me
As I blended it up sounded a tad more 'gruntier' than usual I guess, just thought it was the frozen mango / strawb ect. Go to consume and noticed hard small bits in it, sometimes the strawb are big and thick and have seeds so didnt think anything of it straight away, then I noticed more bits and has a closer look and small plastic pieces were in the slush. FFS I blended up the small plastic removeable cup or whatever the f**k it is. Must have .....cant find it.....

Can recommend the appliance if it chopped that plastic up that fine

Im sure Labour and Liberal have already thought of this and have banned the registration of such a party name.

Yep. Mates family had COVID go through the house, another mate and his Mrs both had Influenza A, kept a long way away from both and this just feels like a cold.

Yeah, went from the shorts and thongs after work to trackies and slippers too quickly for my liking.
