I would have no lifetime left but for their expertise

I accept I need to wait past my appointment times - been like this every clinic I go to

The alternative is go to Emergency and maybe be there for hours
The other is dont see a Doctor and try and cure yourself

Your circumstance warranted you posting
Hopefully its a one off
They may have seen how much weight you have lost and put you down in the batting order !
It was the dentist to get stitches out
I always book the earliest time to avoid this very problem.
30 mins is the max I will wait for any medical person.
I appreciate emergencies arise but they have my phone no. so they could have warned me (& every other suffering patient in this world)
My time is as important as theirs despite their opinion they are only one step down from the deity.

They had to fit me in this week because I am going to Bali next week for a fortnight
All other alternatives this week were in the middle of the day so I said "No - I cant do it".
They eventually fitted me after hours Thursday
Perhaps they now understand what inconvenience means.

Same mob are painful with their after appointment surveys SMS (ie) they keep asking til you complete it
It will be interesting if they send one - they are not going to like the response

I joined this clinic because the last one was worse

A week ago I tried to book a Telehealth appt with my usual clinic, they had no one available for 3 days and just said, oh well, bad luck, so I booked elsewhere, got a call in 30 mins and a script for antibiotics sent through.

Even though I asked for a Telehealth appt, my clinic wanted me to come in but only if I had a negative Covid test  So apparently I can’t come into their surgery but they’re OK for me to go to a chemist to get Covid tests.

With a gap of $63 and service like that it’s time to look elsewhere.
I agree - I am using Instantscripts for almost everything simple now
But I still refuse to use My Health Record because no-one will guarantee the e-safety of the system
ditto
My new Mantra - I am no longer available to things and people that make me feel like shit

Heading to Brisbane/Gold Coast for a holiday, which also coincides with the National Clubs Gymnastics competition that our eldest girl is competing in.

It's awesome that we are getting to go on the holiday, don't get me wrong, but what gives me the sh1ts is the fact that Virgin have outsourced our flight from Adelaide to Brisbane tonight to Alliance Airlines.

I am not the greatest flyer, actually I hate it, and now I am flying with an airline that I have never heard of and in a plane that looks like it was made 5 years after Orville and Wilbur first took to the skies.

I feel sick... :(

They use relatively modern aircraft, just maybe a tad smaller than the usual Virgin/Jetstar/Qantas.

Nothing to worry about.

Nothing to worry about.
The Fokkers they use on that route are over 30 years old.
Still a reliable and comfortable workhorse though.
Alliance does a lot of work for Virgin and Qantas

Hence relatively … whilst accurate, you’re not helping though, we’re trying to calm the situation :D

I think that's the issue that Jase is putting down.

Had a new starter commence on the 2nd, young lad, seemingly very intelligent and picked to job up well but has now developed the habit of being on his phone excessively.
Pulled a Friday sickie for the 2nd week in a row today to go with this wonderful attendance record over his 19 days:
Absent: 3
Left early: 5
Arrived late: 9
